On October 15, the Tongliao Municipal People's Government and Beijing University of Chemical Technology held a symposium and signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Tan Tianwei, President of Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Qi Dalengtai, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, attended and witnessed the signing. During the meeting, the Tongliao Municipal People's Government and Beijing University of Chemical Technology jointly signed the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement.
