Wang Jiangping, Researcher-level Senior Engineer, currently serves as a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a member of the Population, Resources and Environment Committee, Director of the National Expert Advisory Committee on New Materials Industry Development, and Director of the Electronic Information Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He is the former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
He began working in July 1986 and has long been engaged in engineering design, production operation and management in the chemical industry, having served as Project Manager, Factory Director, Chief Engineer, General Manager and Chairman of the Board. He also held the positions of Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Guizhou Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Guizhou Provincial National Defense Industry Office, Vice Governor of Guizhou Provincial People's Government, Deputy Director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
He has long been engaged in industrial and informatization work, with long-term observation and practice in enterprise management, industrial science and technology, industrial finance, and the digital, intelligent and green transformation of the manufacturing industry. He is the author of the monograph Good AI: Warm Artificial Intelligence Governance.
Abstract
The lecture will guide the audience to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Central Committee, and elaborate on the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and new industrialization based on the construction of a modern industrial system.
The lecture will cover the global development pattern of artificial intelligence, AI governance, and the "AI + Manufacturing" policy orientation. Focusing on the objectives and tasks of new industrialization, it will explore the path of deep integration between scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, and analyze the high-end, intelligent and green transformation paths of traditional industries.
It aims to provide practical references for activating new productive forces with "AI +", solidly promoting new industrialization, and building a modern industrial system.
