Scientific Running Protects Health: Empowering Development through Culture and Sports — The special sharing class "How to Get Healthier and Better by Running Faster" was successfully held

          At noon on April 23, a special sharing class titled "How to Run Faster and Get Healthier," organized by the College of Life Sciences Union and the Beijing University of Chemical Technology Faculty Long-Distance Running Association, was successfully held in the multifunctional hall of the East Campus Union of the Union of the East Campus.



        For this sharing session, we have specially invited Wang Xinsheng, a running coach certified by Qianyue Sports, to give the lecture. Coach Wang is deeply involved in running teaching and public welfare guidance, with extensive marathon practical experience. He has long been dedicated to popularizing scientific running concepts and teaching sports injury prevention. In class, he explained topics such as the causes of running injuries, correct running posture, pace and mileage management, proper warm-up and relaxation routines, injury prevention, and home rehabilitation, using clear and easy-to-understand language combined with on-site demonstrations and hands-on guidance, turning professional knowledge into practical techniques that are easy to learn and use.

  


       During the interactive session, participating faculty and staff actively asked questions and engaged in in-depth discussions with teachers based on their own exercise challenges. Coach Wang patiently answered questions, offered personalized advice, and led everyone to practice warm-up and relaxation movements on the playground, turning theoretical knowledge into practical exercise methods. The on-site learning atmosphere was strong, participation was enthusiastic, and everyone mastered the core points of scientific running through relaxed interaction.



          Participating faculty and staff expressed that this sharing class was packed with practical content and highly practical. It not only resolved many questions about daily running, effectively enhancing scientific exercise awareness and protective abilities, but also helped relieve work stress and gain health concepts through learning and exchange. Through study and practice, everyone strengthened their physical fitness and enhanced communication, fully feeling the school's care and concern for the physical and mental health of faculty and staff.
