Main Research Areas:

Metabolic Engineering and Synthetic Biology

The research group focuses on the construction and optimization of microbial cell factories, addressing key issues in biosynthetic processes. By integrating metabolic engineering and synthetic biology approaches, the group aims to enhance the synthetic efficiency of cell factories and achieve efficient, green biomanufacturing of high-value-added chemicals.

Academic Achievements:

Has led projects including a General Program grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a sub-project under the National Key Research and Development Program, a Provincial Natural Science Foundation grant, a China Postdoctoral Science Foundation grant, and several major collaborative projects with industry partners.

Has published 34 SCI-indexed papers in leading international journals such as *Nature Communications*, *PNAS*, and *Metabolic Engineering*, and co-authored two monographs in Chinese and English. Has filed 28 national invention patent applications, with 18 granted; more than ten technological achievements have been transferred and commercialized.
